Infant Baptism
Newborn to 6 years old

Thank you for considering St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church for the Baptism of your baby. Applying for Baptism should be done two (2) months before the intended date. 

The Baptism Application Process is as follows:
  1. The first step is not to make reception / party reservations. Please call first the parish office (805) 235-8803, Tues. or Fri. 10 am to 1 pm, and make an appointment to meet our Pastor, Fr. Joey. 
  2. On the day of the appointment, Fr. Joey will assist you in completing the Baptism Application Form. He will help you understand the various Baptism requirements.
  3. Complete the Baptism requirements.
  4. Visit the Parish Office and submit all the Baptism requirements together with the completed Baptism Application Form. Schedule the Baptism Date and give your donation.
  5. After securing the Baptism Date, you may now make reception / party reservations and send out invitations.

These steps are ways to help you prepare well for the Baptism of your baby. When followed, it can lessen your stress and can help you, your family and friends focus on the most essential aspect of the celebration. ​
Emergency Baptism
If your baby is seriously sick and in danger of death, please call immediately Fr. Joey at 805-235-8803.
