Sometimes Cal Fire uses the hydrant on Palisades in front of our church to practice.  On Oct 28th, 2022 they were unable to access that hydrant due to the water company capping it, and asked permission to practice in our parish parking lot with the hydrant there.  It is always mutually beneficial as they need to train the water on something, usually our plants.  They watered a majority of our shrubs and trees on our parish campus this day.
