1st Communion Checklist

Godparents / Padrinos
God parent names and certificates are not needed by the parish office for 1st Communion.  

However, it is appropriate that the Godparents from Baptism be informed of their Godchild's 1st Communion so they may witness it.

During the Mass, Godparents and parents may sit behind the children.  Children walk alone down the aisle.  

Confessions
Confessions before  1st Communion are mandatory.  

Day of Reflection
Day of Reflection is mandatory for child and parents.
